With tank size of 9m3 and medium material
weight of 450 kg/m3 the time of cutting,
mixing and subsequent discharge is within
30 minutes.
FINAL PRODUCT
Completely homogenous mixture of particles to 5 cm suitable
for composting by both ways the classic one of material in bulk
or the modern one in LDPE bags.
DISCHARGING WAYS
• Through discharging opening directly onto floor
• By belt conveyor in angle and length according to require
ments (the belt conveyor is part of the machine)
• By screw press pushing material in plastic LDPE bag, the
press is also part of the machine
• By combination of the above mentioned ways, i.e. the machine
can be equipped by discharging opening
and by press and belt conveyor as well.
INPUT MATERIALS
Various types of biologically decomposable
waste as for example grass, leaves, wood
chips, twigs within 5 cm diameter, vegetable
waste, manure, straw, cemetery green etc.

ADVANTAGES OF THE MK
The machine is designed and produced in order its operation
and maintenance are simple and trouble free. As the main
advantage in comparison with other competition systems we
consider that no jamming resulting in operation stop occurs
after drop of a stone or any other hard objects in the tank.
In case of composting in bags the minimum of bad smell
and leakage of juices can be considered as main advantages
together with minimum space and handling requirements and
zero building readiness.
MODEL LINES
Mobile mulching machines can be pulled by a tractor providing
its drive or they can be equipped by electric or diesel motors
with own hydraulic circuits.
According to the size the machines are divided in one-screw
that can take 5-13 m3 of material and two-screw one that
can take 14 -30m3. Discharging way, please see the chapter
Discharging ways.
COMPOSTING IN BAGS
The machine can be equipped by auxiliary
device which will push a prepared mixture in
LDPE bags together with vent hose. A bag
with max. length of 60m and 1,5m diameter
can take even 80 t of material. Then it is
closed and salient hose is connected to
ventilation system. Two bar type thermostatic
thermometers with transmitter will be placed
in bag upper part transmitting signal to fan
electronics. Controlled air flow inside the bag
forms optimal aerobic conditions for compost
that is ready within 8 – 10 weeks.
